Disappointed.

I called the customer service three days in a row, and no one could help me with my Sim card activation, I Rica'd online and my status has been on que for Rica for 4 days now. I already paid but my Sim card is not activated, and I am not getting any help from anyone. At this point I am exhausted and angry. Would not recommend rain especially if your job relies on data, you will be very disappointed with the RICA process that no one is doing anything about. I want the phone numbers of the Rica department to call them personally since the customer service is of no help.
