Disappointed
I am totally disappointed by Rain, my wifi has been disconnected due to the reason that there is an outstanding g payment which is also incorrect because the dec debit order went through ,my payment date is the 25th now I am being forced to pay for jan in order for the service to be reconnected.can this be fixed please
