Disappointed

i’m extremely frustrated with this network,i took up my wifi with them last year and everything went well with minor to non hiccups but of lately the network will go for 3 days sometimes even a week, e.g 2 weeks ago we had no connection for a week,i logged the incidents using ask now,1 incident each day but nobody rep****. It was better before because someone will get back to you after you reported and told you what was happening but now they don’t reply or answer their calls and yet expect you to pay full amount at the month end which is BS especially if you work remotely like me and having to buy data when their network is down so i can do my work!! can someone attend or reply to my latest reference that i logged last night *** or just come and take this damn thing so i can take up another service provider who will provide service after service because this is not it
