Disappointed

This has been the worst service. Bought the line a week ago, only received it 3days ago. After having to wait for a week to get the line, the connection service is bad, terrible beyond imagination. Not even can i go on watsapp. Some of us are working from home and internet is a necessity, if only i could just google but Nothing! I wish i had read other reviews before buying. SO DISAPPOINTED and if u can assist, please do asap.
