Disappointed
I am seriously disappointed with rain as I send a message following the reference number ***May 2024, ***May 2024 and ***May 2024 inquiry about the about of R1,431.54 owing on my account which I needed to find out how they got the as my service where disconnected since October 2023 and they charged me for November and December 2023 which I was not connected and I haven’t received any feedback till date. I am so exasperated as to how they came to that amount as I according to me ,I only owe R499 I am not happy with rain for real on top of that they didn’t even bother to call or send an email to explain. Rain service really suck!!
