Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed in the service received from this company. We logged a ticket on the 26th Oct as we received the incorrect pay reference anyhow payment was made on Thurs and today is the 29th Oct yet nothing was resolved. I have made numerous calls and logged numerous complaints received ticket numbers yet we still offline. I will definitely not advise anyone to sign up with Rain as they quick to debit money and request payment but they not quick to resolve any concerns or complaints. The F##### Worst Service Ever!!!!
