Disappointed

On Sunday 26 February 2023 my network got disconnected and I called and I was informed that the system has canceled all the reconnection clients and the matter is being escalated. On Monday I called around 16:00pm and they told me that I must be patient without an ETA I don't understand how come does a big business like Rain struggle to give us ETA
