Disappointed

have not had an internet connection for three days. I have called several times, but I keep being told that they don’t know what to do for me. My tower is not working, and no one is giving me any information about when it will be fixed.

The last lady I spoke to told me she would call me back in an hour, but it has been several hours now and I still have no internet. I have been a loyal customer for years, and it’s very disappointing when something like this happens. I'm going into day number 4 without internet
