Disappointed customer

My account is suspended yet I paid on the 25th of August, on the website shows next payment date as the 25th of September but my account shows outstanding balance, how????? Called 3 times today, around 2pm I was promised that a manager by the Name of Ishmael has activated my service but it will take 2 hours, hours later still no internet, I was than promised by a guy Called Khasi that it will take an hour but still nothing. Why would you treat your customers like that? If you can see that I paid shy don't you activate my account. That time I work from home and didn't meet my monthend reports thank to you guys
