Disappointed customer

I'm completely disgusted with rain .... firstly. there network works when it wants to.

Secondly they deduct money at however and when ever they want to.

They deactivated your simcard when they fail to take they money and then they want to triple debit my account in December when we need every cent .... Your business model is messed up.im digusted but more disappointed than anything else ...

Please refund me my money I don't want credit I don't want apologies I just want my money back
