Disappointed customer..

Rain just like Telkom they are using useless couriers and they don't care. My order was supposed to be delivered last Friday, till now im still waiting (no communication from both the courier and Rain), I contacted rain and I was told im being transferred to their support team, 2 hours later, still to response from Rain..mind you we take day off when we wait for this deliveries for them not to show up not even a call or sms to say they nolonger coming, just silence... very disappointed..
