Disappointed customer 😑
I have app**** for Rain 5G 101 ,I ask the consultant if were I stay there's coverage, the consultant said yes and I app**** they delivered the 5G 101 ,when I connect it reads NO CONNECTION ,I called Rain so many times they failed to assist me till today, so I requested Rain to cancel it since their service is not helping me but they are taking me from pillar to post ,I also tried to lo it to their website I can't log in ,they say they will send me an email to reset my password, I've been waiting the whole day for that email to reset my password ,they didn't send it.
Please help 🙏 😢 😭 I want to cancel this wifi TODAY.

12 Apr 2025, 05:35Morning , I have followed all the steps you provided me with but still no network, when I do speed test it just till 00.2 it doesn't even go to a mere 10. This is frustrating 😤 😒 me, please assist with the problem or cancelation.
