DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER
My experience with Rain one, their new plan that includes the router, absolute worst! I have been using it for 4 months and the connectivity is very poor. When you call or request support service (which is a feature they have on their router & I thought it would be convenient) your either onhold for a long time without any assistance. And when you want to cancel, they give you the round around.
I loved Rain and have been a loyal customer for 2 years and now i am DISSAPOINTED!
