Disappointed client
Hello Peter. I have been using Rain 5G router from last year August. At first I had challenges with their billing dates which I have managed to solve after speaking to lots of their consultants. I have since stopped paying in December because the network is just bad and for some reason I have been billed every month even though it is off. My understanding is that, "you pay as you use" but it seems it is not the case with me. I have recently received the email that their prices are going up meaning I will be paying for something that I am not utilizing. Please help.

That is not what was explained to me, it was said that that it is "pay as you use". How do you charge me when there is no network coverage?
