Disappointed by Rain.... Yet again

RAIN HAS DONE IT AGAIN! Last month I had serious connectivity issues which lead me to having no connection for close to 2 weeks, I was advised I will not be charged for the days my connection was down but low and behold R499 is due this month. I sent an email to query this and no one has had the decency to respond on have the useless Ref *** but no one is willing to help me!!!! I refuse to make any further payments until this is resolved and I promise you I will share my experience with anyone who is willing to listen! P. S. My connection is still ****!
