Disappointed by Rain Internet Service Provider!
Rain just charged me an understanding R549,77 fee! I haven't used my sim card for months, and how am I being charged if I've pre-paid every month I've used it!? This is disappointing, because besides this nonsense, it's an excellent service provider. It's a shame because I was considering using it full time

27 Dec 2021, 07:39Also, i never got a free month from the start. I paid on the first day of every month. So who exactly are you charging in arrears?? Are you activating my account without my acknowledgement and changing me for it?
