Disappointed by Rain

I've made payment arrangements with Rain last week that they must shift my payment date to the 4th October cause I have a funeral to prepare for and sms confirmation was send to me the very same day that payment will be debit on the 4th... boom today 2 debit orders r went thru...... I'm really disappointed with Rain at this moment
