Disappointed but will not Bad mouth the Services provided

I’m disappointed at how quickly the sales department calls back yet the support has to ask for a manager’s authorization to call. Nevertheless well done to Londiwe “FROM SALES” who promised that my issue would be sorted out.

I do understand that all people get tired especially while handling high levels of calls, but the sales department proved that it is possible to prioritize customer complaints.
