Disappointed and irate customer

I would like to complain about the service I have received from rain network .

I took the rain contract as they say is their slogan “no contacts” you only pay for the month you use.

I took 2 rain sim cards for 2 of my younger brothers . I payed for each month the service each month the service was used. In November I didn’t make payments as I didn’t plan to use it as I was having financial difficulties and in hospital .However they decided to keep it open it even though I didn’t make payment and then later deducted my account, I contacted them to ask why they debited my account as I didn’t use the sim cards for the month of November. They advised sim card was open for 3days before they decided to close it for the month.(I don’t know how was that my faulty). I asked them to please cancel my account altogether and that I won’t be using their services anymore they advised before they can cancel for me I needed to make that November payment first as it was opened for 3 days. it was reflecting bad on my credit status so I decided to pay it anyway immediately sent them to cancel my account.

To my surprised they went into my account debited again 0n the 01/04/2022 this time they took my transport money now I have no means to go to work so frustrated why do them do this to their customers. Bad service they really inconsiderate and very annoying .Bear in mind I haven’t been using their data at all. I contacted them they advised me why I don’t I just get a sim card replacement I told them I don’t want a sim card replacement I want to cancel the contract as am no longer happy with the service. Despite my affords to cancel the contract I feelñ like they haven’t been forthcoming on their side.
