Disappointed and highly frustrated….

I am highly disappointed in rain. I have called many times for my account to be fixed. Every time I call I get cut off or someone tells me they will get a manger to call me, guess what nothing was done. I got a message to say that CCD is coming for collections to pick up the Rueter. First let me ask is this the way you guys deal with clients not getting back to me? Another thing all I wanted was for my account to be fixed before I can start using it again. No one had the respect to give me a call back and also fix my problem. Please be advised that if you want your Reuter back no problem. Please advise them to call me so that they can pick it up.
