Disappointed and frustrated

Rain looked so promising in the beginning ....but we had an issue with coverage and we cancelled our subscrption ( which was a mission in itself) only realising later that it was not cancelled and continued being charged. We have called and sent requests several times. Rain promised to refund us for months of charges when we requested a cancellation due to no coverage in our area, they promised to refund us and collect their router. But then we never hear from them and they never call back or deliver on their promises. We alway have to follow up and explain everything over and over. This issue has been unresolved since January this year...
