Disappointed and Disgusted at the service

Absolutely disgusted for 3 days ive been calling rain for assistance their towers were down i have no internet connection and no one could assist me? how does one pay for a service that you are not receiving? i am shocked. The amount of airtime ive spent costed more than my connection fee for the month?
