Disappointed after getting a reply from rain yet nothing is done

After rain responded to my formal complaint a few days ago u am still disappointed to say the least that they did not consider giving me a call to resolve my wifi router after almost a year with the same problem, all they said was we are sorry how does sorry resolve this issue?why are u still sending me messages of payment?that I have an outstanding balance .reason I am getting back today is that they send me another reminder for payment yet my issue has not been resolved by any of the rain staff or nobody from that company is taking full responsibility to assist me , after countless calls and emails that where not responded too and after I responded with they should send an email which never happened!!!rain company what is going on my wifi is not working when m I having this issue resolved if it's not being resolved can you kindly remove me from you database without sending me reminders of payments😭it is frustrating and annoying I am angry and devested about this.
