Disappointed

I have been requesting for support for the past few weeks with no luck, you internet connection is so power and it disconnects everyday around 7PM. I want to cancel this but everytime when I try to cancel your website does not allow me, I will look for another service provider please cancel the subscription. I will bring your home router back to your stores I cannot keep up with this nonsense
