Disappointed

The worst service and network. Had it for over a year. Sent numerous emails regarding bad signal. All I got was move your router around. Cancelled on 15/09/2021. Was told service will be terminated end of the month. Instead was terminated on the 15th. Now they want to debit the full amount. When sueried they still insist on moving the foster around or putting the Sim in my phone. Absolutely ridiculous.
