Disappointed 😢

I experience terrible reception daily due to load shedding! We now all know that load shedding is going to be a long term problem except that Rain hasn’t yet done anything to fix the issue of their towers that are down when we’re load shedding! I have called them but have been told they cannot help since all of their towers that are closer to me are down! All of them!!! Are down. Like seriously why haven’t they come up with a solution as this isn’t a new problem.
