Disappointed

Took my money said they will deliver the router yesterday, got a call from the driver he is at the wrong address so he contacts another driver that driver tells me he will deliver today, my money got taken but im not receiving the router, needed the internet this weekend thats why i went with rain because they said they will deliver the router so fast now im being told only monday or I have to go collect in fourways... im considering cancelling before even receiving my router. Why make promises when it cant be kept?? Losing out on 5 days of internet because you can't bother to deliver it to the correct address in the first place
