Disappointed

Rain is the worst vcompany to ever join, their service is poor there staff cant speak proper English. Every agent tell you a different story there is no happy medium. They refuse to refund you after you have cancelled and they deducted the money. Excuse is they never received the cancellation letter.

Never will I ever recommend Rain to anyone.
