Disappointed
Since I promised to give my feedback,all I can say is I'm tired,today it's full month fight with Rain and I must say they know what they are doing to their customers. I must admit that rain will not refund me I need to accept that I have been ******. I wouldn't recommend my friends and family to subscribe to rain.

25 May 2025, 15:20Tomorrow will be seven days since rain collected their router,how deep should I dig to get my money?Had I known I wouldn' have returned that router without being refunded first. For more than a month fighting with you. I'll continue to file my complaint to ICASA.
