Disappointed
I am not happy with the service I really receive from Rain lately I required assistance 4 days ago stating that my network has giving me problems but I never received any feedback and mind you I pay for their service but it is not rendered, I am really disappointed and now I will be paying 499 every month but you not getting the service it’s really disheartening.
