Disappointed

Difficult to get hold of the customer service! Nobody calls you back and I have already made 2 requests! I need to cancel this service - no internet access since November as I was never debited like they have been doing so many months

I had no internet since November and still had the decency to debit my account with a small amount for what I have no idea!!!

Extremely irritated with this service!!!
