Disappointed

Truth to be told for the last 2 years Rain did not give us any problems now the last past 4 days we don't even get 2mbps download but come 11.30pm like now I get over 40mbps. On Fryday I called the 081 support nr. And spoke to a guy not sure he understands 1st level support he told me he will log a call for investigating no one called back, then I called again the Saturday spoke to a girl from India I did not understand her. Called again spoke to a guy called Anjana and he told me 4 towers around me in my area are off, thats Four TOWERS and yet There is no urgents in it. He was not sure how long it will take so it looks like we all had to use the 5th tower imagen the presure on that tower and the slow connection we got. I have sent tickets and screen shots to the email they rep**** on still no one called. I am now looking for other options if Rain does not pull there socks up by tomorrow or you will have one less client.
