Disappointed

i ordered a 5g package delivery was very fast, but i moved in that week to another place that does not have 5g coverage i contacted support and they advised me that they'll arrange to pick up my device and send me a refund........ its been a month iv been sending the agent mails after mails but nobody responds...... i dint know what to do anymore this is really a ripoff
