Disappoint Client …..PAYMENT QUERY
am so furious
its my first month and am already so disappointed with rain wifi....my payment went of on the 02 June and when I got home my WIFI has been disconnected its say i should check my account tried, calling rain with no success, had a chat with their Ai robot still no help...I called my bank and they said the payment has been released on their end its just waiting for rain merchant to collect and it has been 3days now with no assistant
