Disapointing
After making the arrangement with Rain on the 15 to pay my premium on the 30th of this month, they carried on debiting my account accumulating unnecessary bank charges, they even sent an sms confirming the arrangement . On the 19th they disconnected me, so disapointing. Hi Zimasa.
"Thanks for making arrangements to pay your rain bill. An amount of R540.97 will be debited from your card on 2023-06-30. Keep well, rain."
