Disapointed with rain

I was expecting a lot from rain, but they come in with the worst service ever. i ordered their 5G router which i confirmed on the site if there's coverage and it said it has. i received the router tried all possible solutions to get the router working with no luck , steps on the email even watched the video i was unable to get signal. My suggestion for you guys . why don't you hire expects to come to residence to assist with setting up the router, how many more customers will you loose because f this ? your consultants are not available for urgent assistance now i have to cancel the product just because of signal .
