Dipou Hans of Rain internet service provider is Rated 10, 100% by me Akil Abdul Rahman

This review doesn't reflect my feelings about the Company Rain itself. But it does refer to one of its employees. Her name is Dipou Hans, if I am correct she is a service provider for Rain's customer service. Out of about 3 to 4, persons that contacted me via Rain's customer service she ranked 10. The others I would have rated -0, as I had come to believe that they were Robots. Dipou Hans made me feel that she cared for and understood my situation. She also treated me as a Human Being. She stuck by me thru the final phases of ending my very short lived relationship with Rain. At one point working with her I was almost ready to reconsider my decision about not doing business with the company, only because of Ms Dipou. But by this time I had already lost to much internet access in time and money. I will say this, if Rain internet service provider improves on their present operations ie "4 easy steps" and train their front line to understand that customers are the Companies Life Line. I will contact Ms Dipou Hans, if she is still with Rain and try reconnecting.
