Dipesh Patil, a rain consultant, was of great assistance. He gave feedback throughout the process of cancelling my contract and did his best to address my questions/concerns. I cancelled my rain contract because I now have internet from another service provider included as part of my accommodation cost. I had a rain contract for about 4 years. I can recommend rain - excellent Internet service provider and great overall service. Dipesh Patil made it easy for me to sort out the admin regarding the cancellation. Thanks for the awesome service!
