Digruntled & "Wet"Rain Customer

It is the most horrible service one has ever got. I app**** for month to month service as advertised but instead made to pay for a new service while they could see I only needed the internet, so ended up paying twice. Tried to ask them to cancel and use the money for the following month but never bothered to respond. A month later I don't have access to internet just my money was deducted and have no one to respond to emails or answer telephone queries.
