Difficulty RICAing and no help from rain FAQ.

I can't RICA my SIM AND I paid R479 for nothing!

The RICA page has been stuck on the same "Awaiting Validation" page for a day now when I put my proof of residence in.

Absolutely terrible service. No contact or email address for anyone to get a hold of anyone.

I do understand it's because of corona, but this is the 21st century! Email queries are appropriate!
