Did not make a rainOne order

I did not make a rainOne order; please remove it from my account. I am fine one my current plan - the 4g unlimited any device plan. I received a call, with Reference Number: ***7 from one of your people, Zanele Sibiya, on Monday 15 April 2024 and I made it clear that I was not interested in going onto oneRain or in extra sims. I called support and the ticket says I called to cancel my order. I never ever made an order to begin with!
