Devious Company

Bad unreliable customer service. Rain cannot be trusted. It's a very ************* company when it comes to payment. We had to pay R559, this is the router they advertised on tv. We are new customers we've only used their service from the 11th of August to the 1st of September and now we're being charged R1591. Nobody knows or can explain how did it escalate from having to pay R559 a month to having to pay R1591. This company has clearly broken our trust! And what they advert is definitely not what they offer!
