Devious adverti*****t
I saw an adverti*****t on their website saying sign up for R1 and start paying next month. I signed up on 28 October 2022 so then my next payment should've been a month after that. Instead they debited money from my account on 01 November 2022. When I contacted support to ask them to reverse my money back they told me that they can't because its a new month to them. They are not honoring their adverti*****t and they won't reverse my money back.

You were only supposed to take your money in a month. The only thing that I want is my money reversed. Stop advertising things if you know that you are not going to stick to them. And mostly according to what I signed up for it clearly stated that I will only pay R1 and then a month after that I will be billed the full bill. I also spoke to someone from your customer services(billing team) and they have acknowledged that they are wrong. They even said that they have credited my rain account because I was billed wrong. You can check your call recordings. I then humbly requested that it be reversed to my account I don't want it as credit. Please can you stop arguing with and actually work on reversing my money.
