Device purchased Courier cant deliver they dont have my first name

I made a purchase of Rain 5G on Monday 28 March the courier company assigned my device delivery called me on Wednesday to tell me that they would be delivering on Thursday. a few hours later they called again saying they cant proceed with my delivery because rain did not include my first name on the system. they said I should call rain and get them to rectify. I then called Rain several times , sent emails requested call back no response at all I had to request a call back as a new client who wants to purchase on Friday and an agent called me in 15 minutes they promised me that in 1 hour I will get a call to rectify this matter but I had to call again after 5 hours I was answered by a very annoying consultant who kept me repeating myself asking silly questions about a case that had a recorded case number . the worst ever experience till now I'm stuck no device yet I purchased to use it for work from the 1st of April. How I regret not passing through this page before making this huge error of purchasing Rain.
