Device is Offline since delivery
My Router was delivered on the 28th of November and was told the sim has been activated but the router keeps showing as offline with no IMEI info showing on the rain dashboard i have been trying to contact rain for assistance the whole week no one has bothered to check what is the actual problem, they call for one sec then tell me they tried to call via email i am very much disappointed in the assistance i have been getting as no one seems to know their job.
