Device exchange urgent
Hi so I've had to change my 5G router due to device not working, service regarding new device delivery was pathetic I ended up having to collect my device and also not the correct 1 but out of desperation as I use it at my place of work I accepted it bt now 1 month later I'm having problems with the new indoor as its not picking up network, so I'm once again requesting to have a replacement outdoor device urgently.
