Devastated customer
I am so devastated right now. Rain debited money on the 20th of this month in my credit card without my permission and today again on the 25th they debited money again in my credit card without my permission, just 5days apart. Can I have my money back please

You billed me for what I have never used and then now you debit twice in the same month in my credit card without my permission. Why did you debit money in the credit card whereas I provided master card's details?what was I paying for in December to February? I want my money back. You rob people. Worst part on the app you removed all the history for what?

26 Apr 2023, 00:54In your system it does show that I used 00Mb data but still I was billed for that. What makes me mad is that you went and debited in the credit card. Did I give you permission to do that? Why did you go to my credit card? Did you send me an invoice?
