Despite the hiccup - I'm staying

Had problem with the billing department with regards to a 4g I recently bought. I was over charged and couldn't get clarity even after I called in numerous time. Yanga promised to get back to me and assist but failed dismally and so is the billing department.

Thank you to Leah a consultant who provided me a sound clarification. To top it up I spoke to Suhaifa Sheik - a problem solver, a very calm spirit. I was so much in a verge of closing my accounts with rain but surprisingly she resolved the problem within hours of talking to me and advised of an upgrade that would suit my needs.

Rain needs more of you Suhaifa and Leah. You certainly exceeded my expectations and changed my negative perspection about rain services. Despite the hiccup, I am staying with rain and will advocate for it's services further because of your outstanding service.
