Despicable service from RAIN

If I could give negative reviews, I would. The service I have received from RAIN is been absolutely atrocious. I have had to send several emails and requested calls from their site and even tried to call them directly. To no avail. I cannot believe that a level of customer 'service' exists. I see that a few people have mentioned double billing and I have had similar problems. It's ridiculous. If you, as a company, are unable to help me, JUST LET ME KNOW! DON'T LET MY EMAILS GO UNANSWERED. You are so quick to get us on as customers, but then everything goes down the drain. I will never use RAIN as a service provider again.
