Despicable Internet Connection and Customer Service!

I subscribed to this service based on reviews from people in the area and network coverage confirmation from their website at the end of December 2020. I followed the necessary prompts to get the sim connected; however, the signal is extremely poor! I cannot send a WhatsApp messenger, it takes approximately 1 minute for it to gather enough signal to send a single message.

I have contacted the service lines several time and have been told various different things and made alot of false promises! I have left a review previously, the company responded once requiring my email address (this was provided immediately) and have not heard back from 6th of Jan!

I am basically paying for a service that I have yet to use, with SLA's not being met and poor customer service. Being a new customer, I would not recommend this the service to anyone and am boarding canceling!!!
